Flowers of Savill Garden

Went for a visit to Savill Gardens and took a set of 3 lenses with me, the Jupiter-12 35mm, the Voigtlander Heliar 15mm and the Leica Elmer 90mm. The pictures posted are taken with the Jupiter-12 and Leica OUFRO macro adapter and the Leica Elmar lens. I took some with the Voigtlander Heliar but did not end up selecting them for the post.

  1. Cristian,

Great photo set, especially 1,2 and 3 for me hit my botanical sweetspot, now I have to investigate the lens you used.

  2. Thanks for your comment Bruce!

Number 1 was taken with the Jupiter-12 lens and the Leica OUFRO macro adapter, number 2 was just with the Jupiter-12 lens and number 3 was taken with the Leica Elmar 90mm L lens.

  3. Before I read your reply to Bruce, I would have said the first was taken with the Leica lens due to the rich tones. That Jupiter lens certainly draws wonderfully well. The second shot is an intriguing composition and kind of sums up the times we live in, well for me at any rate. :-)

The Jupiter lens is a very nice lens, especially given the price.
